2008 - Seven year veteran on the USA national field hockey team with over 110 international games played, Olympic Qualifying Team (1st place), Argentina 4 nation (3rd place).

2007 - Pan American Team (2nd place), Netherlands Tour Team, Chile 4 nation tournament (1st place).

2006 - World Cup Team (6th place), March on Madrid Series (4th place).

2004 - Olympic Qualifying Team (6th place), Pan American Cup Team (2nd place).

2003 - Pan American Team (2nd place), Champions Challenge Tournament.

2002 - World Cup Team (9th place), International Atlantic Cup Team, Champions Challenge Team.

2000 - US under-21 national team, Junior Pan American Team, Four year starter for the University of Maryland (College Park), All-American Honors, ACC Championship Team, All-ACC Team, Final Four Team.

1999 - US under-20 national team, National NCAA Championship Team, ACC Championship Team, All-American Honors.

1998 - US under-23 national team, ACC Championship Team, All-American Honors.

Coaching Experience

2007 - Organized and directed the first ever Field Hockey Life Camp. Head Coach for the USA Futures site in Richmond, VA.

2006 - 2005 - Volunteer Coach at American University, Washington, DC. The program made their first appearance into the quarter finals of the NCAA tournament.

2004 - Assistant Coach at Georgetown University, Washington, DC. Coach at Champions Edge field hockey school.

2001 - Athletic Scholarship Coach at the University of Maryland, College Park, MD.
